✧ All of these terms apply to any and all of my past, present, and future bases unless I have stated otherwise / made an exception for a specific base.

✧ Please credit me when using the base.

✧ I do not make edits to my bases. The only exceptions to this are being commissioned for a custom design using my base, or making changes to adoptables I have sold using the base upon the buyer's request (For a fee).

✧ My bases work with editing programs that support Photoshop files, solid PNG files, and transparent PNG files (they are not MS Paint friendly) Please make sure your preferred editing program supports at least one of these file formats before buying.

✧ Each base template includes a PSD file and has separate coloring layers. Two PNG files, One solid and one transparent, are also included.

✧ With each of my bases being digital, all sales are final.

Usage / What You Can and Cannot

Use My Bases For

Can:

✧ Edit the base as much as you'd like.

✧ Make and sell adopts using the base.

✧ Make personal characters / reference sheets with it.

✧ Use my bases to make designs to trade for other designs.

✧ Move my links / signature around as long as they are not obstructed.

Cannot

✧ Claim the base art was made by you.

✧ Don't remove my links / signature from the base.

✧ Do not sell customs / commissions / YCHs using my bases.

✧ Do not distribute or share this base with those who haven't bought it from me (and please do not turn my bases into other file types to share either).

✧ Don't sell my bases.

✧ Do not upload the plain base OR the base lines anywhere.

✧ Do not trace my bases.

✧ Do not use my bases for marketing. Examples would be selling merchandise, prints, or any other media using my bases.

✧ My bases cannot be used, bought, or sold as any sort of crypto or NFT purposes.
