Basic Terms

✧ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, without or with explanation. Such as the following reasons:
  ･ﾟI believe the commission request is beyond my current skill level.
  ･ﾟIf the inquiry is seen as hateful/offensive towards others or myself.
  ･ﾟThe request goes against my terms of service.

✧ I will not accept PayPal commissions from those under 18 years of age.

✧ I retain the legal ownership of my art and hold the right to use it for / post it to my personal galleries, my portfolio, or other self-promotion purposes. I also retain the right to not upload commissions to my public galleries if I so choose.

✧ Any works, such as sketches, that were rejected or unused may be be re-purposed for future works.

Process

✧ I do not start working on a commission until full payment is received. (Payment plans can be worked out if necessary with large orders.)

✧ Please have a clear idea of what you want your commission to be / look like when placing your order. It is takes longer and is frustrating for both parties to have to keep restarting if you keep changing your mind. Constant changes will result in extra charges.

✧ If your commission has to be complete within a certain time limit, please let me know while placing your commission order.

✧ Please do not rush me by sending frequent messages. If you'd like to check for daily process on your commission, please check my ▸queue / to-do list◂ . As I update it as often as possible.

✧ You will always receive a sketch to be reviewed for approval. At this stage please make sure the character and image details are to your liking before approving it for the next stage. If ordering a colored image, I will send you an image of flat-coloring stage to be reviewed for approval as well.

✧ You have every right to ask for the entire process of your commission. If you want to be sent updates during each stage, let me know when placing your order or when reviewing the sketch. Otherwise I will only send you the sketch and flat-color stages of your commission during its process.

✧ If the design of the character changes please let me know during the commission process / before the commission is completed. Otherwise, depending on the character design changes, you may be charged extra for any design adjustments needed after the commission has already been completed.

 ✧ Once your commission is complete, I will send you the full-sized file, the un-watermarked file, and the watermarked file. If you would also like the PSD file as well, please let me know. I cannot guarantee that I'll still posses the PSD files after two or three months upon completion of your commission.
