Design / Adoptable ToS

When you commission me for or buy one of my designs, you accept the following:

Basic Terms

✧ All of these terms apply to any and all of my past, present, and future designs / adoptables unless I have stated otherwise / made an exception for a specific design.

✧ I will make minor to medium-sized changes to (most) adopts purchased from me for a small fee.

✧ I will not accept payment from those under 18 years of age.

✧ I do not give out the PSD files for my designs.

✧ I retain the legal ownership of my art and hold the right to use it for / post it to my personal galleries, my portfolio, or other self-promotion purposes. I also retain the right to not upload custom design commissions to my public galleries if I so choose.

✧ I reserve the right to clean out my files and galleries, so please be sure to save / back-up your design files from me. I am not responsible if you end up misplacing your adopt / design files.

✧ If payment isn't received within 48hrs of an adoptable being claimed, the adopt will be reopened.

✧ Adopt sales are final. For custom design info, please see my commission ToS ▸here◂.

Usage / What you Can and Cannot

use Your Design For

Can:

✧ Trade the design to others.

✧ Re-post the design's artwork to your own galleries / Toyhouse / ect. after purchase as long as credit is given to me.

✧ Make small-medium edits to the design's art (Please specify what you edited if you're re-posting).

✧ You can change the colors, markings, gender, species, ect. as much as you'd like.

Cannot

✧ Do not sell the design for more than what it was bought at unless it comes with additional art (Please price respectfully).

✧ Don't claim that the original design was made by you.

✧ Don't use the art I made of the design for commercial gain or purposes. Such as selling it on t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, prints, ect. unless we have agreed upon this otherwise.

✧ When you purchase an adopt / commission a design from me, you are given the usage rights within these terms. Not given the rights to the artwork itself. Any violation of these terms can result in being permanently blacklisted and / or blocked.
